The drivers leading to the uptick are said to have been owing to friendly investor sentiments triggered by rapid infrastructure growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to industry data, prices have gone up per yard across various Town Planning (TP) Schemes in Dholera region, from Rs. 7000 to Rs. 10,000 per yard &#8211; a ten-fold increase from 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concerning other TP schemes, land prices hover between Rs. 3000 to Rs. 7000 per square yard, as per latest industry trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div
