The study also evaluates a range of mitigation strategies and outlines a prioritized roadmap for cleaner freight movement in and around the National Capital Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event will bring together policymakers, researchers, industry leaders and civil society representatives to discuss practical pathways for reducing freight emissions and improving urban air quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why This Matters<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heavy-duty vehicles contribute significantly to Delhi&#8217;s transport-related air pollution. However, real-world emissions data from interstate freight vehicles has remained limited.
