Prices have gone up per yard across various Town Planning (TP) Schemes in Dholera region, from Rs. 7000 to Rs. 10,000 per yard - a ten-fold increase from 2015
The Dholera Special Investment Region (DISR), the pet investment project between the Government of Gujarat and Government of India has witnessed land price escalation ten times over the last decade. The drivers leading to the uptick are said to have been owing to friendly investor sentiments triggered by rapid infrastructure growth.
According to industry data, prices have gone up per yard across various Town Planning (TP) Schemes in Dholera region, from Rs. 7000 to Rs. 10,000 per yard – a ten-fold increase from 2015.
Concerning other TP schemes, land prices hover between Rs. 3000 to Rs. 7000 per square yard, as per latest industry trends.
The region’s major infrastructure projects are driving the transformation, accelerated by the Ahmedabad-Dholera Expressway, Air Port expected to be operational in 2025, and projects like the Bhimnath-Dholera broad-gauge rail line.
