World Association for Small and Medium Enterprises (WASME), in collaboration with Udan Media Communications Pvt. Ltd. (UMPCL), Ludhiana, Punjab, have been working together to promote and strengthen MSMEs in the e-mobility sector through its flagship expo Ride Asia EV Expo 2026. Recognised as one of Asia’s most dynamic platforms for electric mobility, the 2nd edition of Ride Asia EV 2026 will be held from 24–26 April 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
This year’s initiative aims to foster technical and financial collaborations, including joint assembly and manufacturing ventures, by bringing together Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) with their Indian counterparts—creating new avenues for global partnerships and market expansion.
Ride Asia EV 2026 seeks to accelerate India’s transition towards sustainable transport while unlocking global opportunities for MSMEs and emerging enterprises by bringing together a galaxy of EV manufacturers, battery and charging technology innovators, EV component suppliers, renewable energy companies, investors, dealers, distributors, and policymakers from across the e-mobility value chain under one roof.
The three-day expo, supported by key Government of India ministries and organisations ICAT, NITI Ayog, will host a diverse set of industry players from across countries, including Tanzania, Uganda, Botswana, Angola, Zambia, Ghana, Suriname, China, Taiwan Bangladesh, Nepal and many others.

Positioned as a high-impact business and knowledge platform, Ride Asia EV 2026 will facilitate:

A major highlight of the event is a two-day International Conference which brings together in depth insights from global policymakers, industry leaders, and experts from Ministry of Heavy Industries, Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways, MeitY, ICAT, Ashok Leyland and many more to deliberate on the role of MSMEs in the evolving EV ecosystem, policy frameworks and future mobility trends.

As India accelerates its push towards electric mobility, MSMEs are expected to play a pivotal role in manufacturing, supply chains, and innovation. Ride Asia EV 2026 seeks to empower these enterprises by providing direct access to global markets, investors, and advanced technologies.
